The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is quiet. What makes this place special is the owner operator, who’s incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome, almost like you’re at home. Whenever we’re in Del Rio, we’ll stay here.

The owners are super friendly, and even their pet parrot is part of the welcome. The location is great, and for lodging this is the best value in town for me. I come to Del Rio to visit at least once a year, looking for a clean, safe place to return to after spending the day with loved ones, not a luxury stay. I’ve always had a great experience. A simple topper on the beds would be nice, since my mattress has felt a bit uncomfortable once or twice.

The owners are very friendly, the staff are great, and the rooms are super clean. Cleanest of the hotels in Del Rio. I highly recommend this place.

The decor is updated, the rooms are very clean, and the prices are reasonable. An excellent choice for lodging.

The owner and family are polite, professional, and attentive to what travelers or people on longer stays need. On this visit, I saw that the hotel exterior had been renovated, with fresh paint, updated staircase surrounds, and new lighting. The pool was clear and clean, and the bathroom and shower worked fully. The sheets were very clean, and there was an extra blanket if needed. This is an honest, truthful review.
