Comfort Suites Delavan - Lake Geneva Area

We especially appreciate the jetted tubs in the suites. My wife has crippling arthritis, and they make the stay feel like a spa vacation for her. We found a real gem at Comfort Suites Delavan. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There's a decent free breakfast buffet in the morning, and the rooms have mini fridges for leftovers. Parking is plentiful and free. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. We like Daddy Maxwell's for breakfast, Annie's Burger Town for lunch, and Mars Resort for dinner.

Breakfast was great, and the kids loved making waffles. There's a small workout room that's handy for a little weight lifting before swimming. We stayed in winter, and the pool was warm and comfortable, not that ice-cold hotel pool temperature I usually find. The hot tub was just right too. The kids swam for hours. It's always clean and nice here, and we'll stay whenever we're in the area.

We had good service, with staff following up throughout the evening in our meeting room. There were only a few room complaints, except that my room, 303, had clearly been smoked in by previous guests. The clerk seemed a bit testy at check-in, but maybe it was because our whole group arrived at once and he had no help with the slow check-in process. We were in town for a golf outing and had reserved nine rooms. All in all, it was a good stay.

Peaceful, relaxing, and spotless, even the pool. The staff treated me like family, and the morning cafe was excellent. I came here to recover from medical issues, and of the four places I've stayed, this was by far the best choice. Blessings, Larry.
