Delavan Inn and Suites

The bathroom was nice, maybe a 4.5 out of 5, and the bed was comfy. But the shower head needs cleaning and sprays water everywhere. The blanket smelled bad, and the musty room had a lingering animal urine smell. I kept the window open, even though there were holes in the screen, and had to buy air fresheners. The carpet was filthy, so I bought flip-flops to avoid walking on it barefoot. The furniture looked like it had been dragged down the road. Breakfast was just okay, though McDonalds is next door. This place has potential, and someone made a small effort to renovate, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The room smelled lovely and was clean, spacious, and well cared for. I stayed two days and three nights, and felt safe and comfortable. The gentleman at check-in was very nice. It's only seven miles from Derien WI.

This place is fine if all you need is a night's sleep while traveling. The room was very basic, with just a desk chair to sit on and a tiny TV. There wasn't really any service, and breakfast isn't worth bothering with. I'd walk over to Wendy's for something decent to eat.

The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly. It's an affordable, comfortable spot for a short stay. They've done some renovations, and the rooms feel cleaner and more up to date.
