We came for a hockey tournament weekend, and the team here did an amazing job. Even with some guests being rude and threatening to contact corporate over something that wasn't the hotel's fault, staff stayed calm and handled it with real poise. Kudos to them, since dealing with a hockey crowd can't always be easy. They were friendly and professional with us, too. I also liked being able to request housekeeping when we wanted it, so we knew what service to expect. They gave us helpful tips for food and things to do nearby. Thanks, Express in Delmont. We're looking forward to our next trip to the Steel City!

The room was great and breakfast was good. My main issue was the noise. I was on the second floor near the half wall by the main entrance, and I could hear every conversation, laugh, and sneeze. It made sleeping really difficult. Housekeeping is available by request, so they won't clean the room unless you ask.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, and the food attendant was very helpful. The front desk girl wasn't rude, just didn't have much personality. I nearly rated the room five stars, but the shower head couldn't be moved and pointed at the wall, which made showering ridiculous. The tub was slippery, too.

I stay here often when taking my son back and forth to school, and it's the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at so far. The staff feel like family. Rooms have been updated and are very clean, and breakfast in the morning is fantastic. I love the new fresh ground coffee machines.

Even with the hotel sold out, it was the quietest place I've ever stayed. Our room was near the lobby, but we never heard a peep from anyone. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Check in was quick and easy, and after two nights we were very happy with our stay. We'll definitely come back.
