The room and facilities were adequate, but they absolutely weren't worth what I paid. It came to $423 for two nights midweek, and the reservation service's pricing felt deceptive. The cancellation practices seemed deceptive too. The staff were courteous, but either couldn't or weren't allowed to change the reservation or adjust the price for military personnel. Best Western is robbing people without a mask. I'll encourage everyone to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was good, and I felt safe at the location. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and my room was clean with good amenities. My one issue was the noise from upstairs: whenever the person in the second-floor room got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the floor cracked and popped terribly. It was really distracting. I didn't tell the staff, though I probably should have.

The staff were the best part, so friendly and accommodating. Getting in and out was easy, breakfast and coffee had good choices, and the room was clean and comfortable with a soft bed.

The woman at the service desk was lovely, professional, and really helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the area felt quiet and safe. I've stayed at several Best Western Plus locations, and this one's among the best. You can tell the employees and owners care about the hotel.

Visiting from Florida, I found everyone so nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially with dinner recommendations. The grounds were well kept, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. I'll be back.
