Sleep Inn DeWitt - Lansing North

The staff were professional and friendly from check-in through checkout, and breakfast was good. It was close, quiet, and comfortable, so I had a perfect night's sleep. Sleep Inn Dewitt is a great value and met everything I needed. I'd stay again without hesitation. Anyone saying bad things about this place is most likely trying to get a free night, because it's a great motel for a single night or a couple of days for an event.

I've stayed almost exclusively at Choice hotels and been to most of the ones around Lansing. This one costs a little less than the best options, but I don't think it's worth it and won't be back. I couldn't find a climate control in my room, and it was freezing at night. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was really dated with no shelves, so I had to put all my things on the floor. The DoorDash situation also felt strange, even though it's allowed. I forgot a razor and ordered one to my room. After an unexpected phone call, I didn't pick it up right away, maybe 30-60 minutes later, the front desk called my room to say it was outside my door. It sounds courteous, but it made me feel like someone was watching my door. Do they watch a camera outside each room or walk around checking? I've never experienced that and don't want to feel watched. The employees were nice, and the place was decently clean, nothing horrific. It may work if you're on a budget, but if you can spend $10 more per night, there are better choices in the area.

The staff were really kind, and the hotel was great value. My room was clean and quiet, with no bad smells, and the bathroom looked newly renovated. I had a really nice stay. Thank you.

It was a great stay. The room was clean, and the staff were great. The night girl was working really hard to help someone with three kids get loaded.
