The place is across the street from the ocean, and we caught fabulous glimpses of both sunrise and sunset. But we had booked a 2 BR and were given a small 1 BR instead. They wouldn't switch us and said I had to contact the original Time Share application. We made it work, though it wasn't comfortable. There was nobody on site that week, so for any issue we had to reach a place a few miles away. The outside steps also need replacing.

I really do love Seawinds. I've owned a timeshare here for almost 20 years and usually stay at the same location. The location is good, there's a beach, things to do nearby, and the rooms have creature comforts. I also appreciate this year's new towels and what I think are new mattresses. The resort now managing Seawinds tries hard to accommodate, but lately it has fallen short and I think the ball is being dropped. I couldn't get a week because the weeks I usually switch to had been sold. Maybe that's not the new manager's fault, but I'm unhappy. For at least the last 1p years, I've traded my late April week for early June. Those weeks are now sold and aren't available at my home resort, where I prefer to stay and why I bought there in the first place. The accommodations seem to vary. Unit 4 has had a broken bathroom window for at least 4 years, and its fireplace doesn't work, which is why I was moved to another unit. Unit 1 still has no screen on the bathroom window. Its towel rack was finally fixed, but now the towels hang down to the floor. The window sheers keep disappearing, and the regular double curtains on the front window have been replaced by a single one. The sheers let in light while giving a little privacy, and the double curtain was much easier to open. Cable was also difficult all week. That's a bigger hassle when you're visiting outside peak season and everything closes at 8 or 9. I still really, really love Seawinds, and I like that the managing hotel is trying.
A friend owns a Cape Cod condo, and the condo we stayed in belongs to her neighbor. We visited in the offseason, found it quite nice, and I'd recommend it.
The view is terrific, and the fresh paint looks good. The curtains need replacing, and the living room and kitchen could use a Spring Cleaning.
The condo was beautifully decorated and clean, with a wonderful view. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
