Scott, the contractor who replaced the stove and microwave in our room, was friendly and professional. He talked me through what he was doing and cleaned the area when he finished. Great service, thanks.

Rude staff made an already uncomfortable stay worse. They weren’t helpful and showed no respect. The room was disgusting and clearly neglected: cockroaches, odd stains on the floor, and a greasy gas exhaust fan. The microwave looked awful and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. This place felt unhygienic and wasn’t worth the money.

After my room had already been changed twice, I had a problem with it again. Mr Scott took care of everything and moved me and my kids into an even nicer room. Thank you for understanding how much our comfort and safety matter!

The only thing going for this place was how cheap it was. The internet was unusable, so I had to leave and find free WiFi. Staff were always arguing with someone at the counter. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was a large gap in my door, so someone could break in and anyone could see straight into the room, leaving no privacy.

NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t book here! I’ve been here less than five hours and it’s a full-on roach party. We were meant to stay four nights, but that changed fast. I can’t wait for my spouse to get off so we can get the hell out. We won’t even make it through one day. How is this hotel still open? This is horrible 😭
