Deluxe Inn Denton

The front staff member Paul and the manager on duty helped me amazingly and worked with me so I could get a room. The area is dingy and didn't feel safe to be outside at night without a way to protect yourself. The room wasn't great, but it worked. Mine had no remote or phone for the front desk, probably an honest mistake and not a big deal to me. I did see signs of bugs, just small ones in room 128 and nowhere near the bed, which is a plus compared with reviews of nearby competitors. There were no extra blankets or sheets to put on the bed, a small nitpick. The TVs being Rokus was a plus, since I could connect a laptop and play my own shows. This isn't a Holiday Inn, but it works. Check-in is specifically 21+, though try calling first. I didn't. My key card did fail like other people have said, but once it was fixed, it worked and I could sort everything out with the front desk. I was worried it would happen again. A key to the room you've paid for, even for a day or two, shouldn't fail. If it had happened again, I probably wouldn't have left a review.

The rooms were shit, and now we've been locked out of ours for 9 outlets. No staff are here, nobody answers the phone, and all our stuff is inside.

The air was amazing, and room service was immaculate. The rooms looked beautiful, the floors were squeaky clean, and I give it 11 stars.
