No breakfast at all, and I paid twice what the hotel next door costs. What's the point of staying at Hampton Inn? The room was dirty, with sheets that hadn't been changed, urine on the bathroom floor and toilet, and empty soap dispensers. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or maintained. I'm a Hilton Gold/Diamond member of over 15 years, and this was the worst hotel stay I've had. The $188 was a total waste. I know where I won't be staying next week. Unacceptable, Hilton and Hampton Inn.

We were heading north on a bus trip and stayed here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from: waffles and toppings, bacon, oatmeal, mini omelettes, juice, coffee, and more. Kartika, the breakfast server, greeted everyone with a smile and a good morning, and made sure we had what we needed.

The location is great, surrounded by places to eat, and the room was clean, though there was a small issue in the restroom. We had two rooms while in town for our grandson's basic graduation. The check-in was the main problem. We got there at 2:35 and were told early check-in would cost $30 or we could wait 24 minutes. We waited, since the other room wasn't ready anyway, but at 3:00 it still wasn't ready. If check-in is strictly at 3, the rooms should be ready then. We weren't offered a discount for the delay. They also don't accept Chime, Apple Pay, Cash App, or similar phone-based payments or cards.

The fresh smell hit me as soon as I walked into the hotel and room. Everything was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Excellent stay!

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, so they upgraded us for the same price. The service was excellent, the location was easy to get to, and there were places to eat within walking distance. Great hotel.
