After three days here, I wouldn't recommend the place. Housekeeping took our used towels without replacing them or cleaning the room, so we had to request linens and make the bed ourselves. We were told there was only one towel left when we asked for clean ones. Staff weren't polite and gave us strange looks each time we came in, as if we were trespassing. There was a fight in the hall outside our room, and the clothes left behind took housekeeping two days to remove. The hallways smelled bad too. A few hours before checkout, I asked on Microtel's website for a 1 PM late checkout. Nobody saw the request, they said, and they planned to charge for each hour after 11 AM, though that policy wasn't posted on the website or at the front desk. One out of ten. Bring towels, be ready to clean your own room, and find a decent breakfast elsewhere.

There were two adults and two infants in our family, and we paid almost $300 for rooms that smelled bad and had mold. On our January 30 check-in, we'd booked two queen beds but were first given a one-bed accessible room that smelled of marijuana and smoke. After more than an hour of back and forth, we got another room, but there was mold in the bathroom and another unpleasant smell. The next room smelled strongly of bleach and smoke. With two babies under one, we decided to find somewhere else because of the smoke, chemical odor, and mold. The front desk receptionist wouldn't give us proof of cancellation for the third-party booking, or a contact for the manager, even though she said we needed to speak with him to get a refund. The hotel was unsanitary.

The room was okay, and the mirror behind the bed looked pretty cool. Staff were very nice, and the place felt safe. Restaurants and gas stations are conveniently close. The only real complaints were a crack at the bottom of that mirror and a broken ice machine, but neither was a big deal.

The room was very nice and clean apart from what looked like mold on the ceiling above the bathtub. We also had to ask the front desk for hand soap because there wasn't any in the room, and the mattress could use replacing. Staff were very friendly, there's lots of places to eat nearby, and for the money it's a good deal.

A plain, nice place to stay. The room was clean, and the bed was really nice. The pillows were perfect. Nothing fancy, just a good place to stay.
