North A.
At 7 or 8 in the morning, someone pounded on our door and housekeeping came right into the room, even though we'd put up the do not disturb sign. I spent the whole night in a chair so my family could rest. We checked in around 2 AM, exhausted from traveling at night with our 3-year-old. The room they assigned us didn't exist, so the clerk had to look for another one with us waiting there. The hotel smelled of smoke and mildew. There was mold around the tub and shower, old-looking garbage in the trash can, and roaches crawling along the hallway baseboard. It was awful. If we hadn't been so tired and realized we could have driven farther, we would have. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
