Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek

I arrived after a rough day, tired and very upset, and the desk supervisor, Tre James, made all the difference. The receptionist was nice, but Tre was especially compassionate, caring, and helpful. When I couldn't keep it together, he handled everything with so much kindness and respect. I'm very grateful to him. I booked at the last minute and was welcomed without any trouble getting a reservation. The hotel is very nice, and having both a restaurant and Starbucks right there was especially helpful when I was stressed. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The room and hotel were good, and the bed was comfy, though the parking situation sucks. What really changed my night was Tre James. I got to the hotel worn out and a little cranky after a 14-hour nursing shift and a two-hour drive to Denver. I went to the lobby to buy junk food, planning to crawl into bed and have a pity party until I fell asleep. Tre was so engaging and kind, and made sure I had what I needed. His energy lifted my mood, and he's great at helping several guests without making anyone feel forgotten or unattended. I went back to my room no longer needing that pity party. That alone gets five stars from me.

The staff did a lot to make our visit pleasant. Rooms were roomy and had what we needed to be comfortable, so I'd choose this hotel again.

The view from the 11th-floor Skyline Ballroom was the icing on the cake, with a full 360-degree panorama that worked beautifully even with Colorado's unpredictable weather. We looked at several venues before choosing the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, and this was easily the best view. We held our wedding there, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Cherilynn, Amber, and Chef Derek were wonderful to work with. They were patient and understanding while we figured out the food, decor, and bar choices for both our guests and our budget. The hotel staff, including the front desk team, were great throughout. We had a buffet with Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce, Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, green beans, brussel sprouts, and roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious, and our guests especially loved the brussel sprouts. We brought our own cake and cupcakes from Candis Bruce at Cakes U Crave, and they were delicious too. Guests could also enjoy the patio and bar downstairs on the first floor. 10/10, highly recommend this venue for all kinds of events.
