DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek

María made us feel welcome at the bar and was friendly and attentive throughout our restaurant visit. Her service made the time there enjoyable. The payment process, though, was slow and inconvenient. Cards couldn’t be processed at the bar, so payment had to be handled somewhere else, and it took about 20 minutes. That interrupted an otherwise pleasant experience. We still appreciated María’s professionalism and kindness, and she left a very positive impression.

I wasn’t a big fan of the location, but the facility was immaculate and the staff gave great service. Oscar & Allison prepared excellent food, while Jeff brought the drinks and atmosphere. I’ve been a Diamond member for almost a decade, and service like this doesn’t come around often. Management should take good care of these people. The nachos were incredible, the best I’ve had in years. Literally years.

The restaurant service was excellent, especially from bartender María, who was friendly, attentive, and made our visit better. Our hotel room was clean and very comfortable, too. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed every visit. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they’re always left ready and well presented for guests. The hotel has a pool, an outdoor lounge patio, and an in-house restaurant that serves a great breakfast. It’s also close to Cherry Creek mall for shopping, with multiple restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend staying here.
