Espadin was in a great spot near music venues, Ball Stadium, Invesco, restaurants, and shopping. We needed somewhere close to downtown with indoor parking and, most of all, a place that allowed dogs, so the amenities suited us: a stove, microwave, dishes, refrigerator, washer and dryer, an indoor parking option, and an outdoor area to walk the dogs. We stayed about 4 days. It wasn't filthy, but neither inside nor outside was very clean. On our walks, there was broken glass, vomit on top of the wall around the building above the stairs, and a broken bottle full of large omega fish oil vitamins. It didn't seem like anyone maintained the outside, and we had to take the dogs past that mess. Inside, a dog peed in the elevator one day, and the smell was never cleaned up. The white couch in our condo was covered in stains, so I bought an affordable sheet at Walmart to cover it before we could sit and watch TV. We wanted a king bed and expected it to be good quality, plush, and comfortable based on past experience, but the mattress felt more like a futon and we didn't sleep well. I always read reviews before booking because hearing other people's opinions and experiences is smart, which is why I'm sharing ours. It wasn't the worst place, but for the price I expected more, and we won't return. If this review leads to improvements in these areas, it could be a very nice place.
