Four Points by Sheraton

I expected a much better stay, but I’ve cancelled my return booking. I’ll go with a cheaper Ramada that’s closer to where I need to be instead. I’m a Starwood Preferred Guest and was willing to try somewhere new, even though this hotel was 30 minutes from everywhere I needed to go in Denver. There was never hot water at night, a problem the desk staff confirmed. The rooms weren’t always looked after well either: one evening I came back to find the towels left out to dry. The staff were young and responsive, but the hotel itself has a lot of problems. Its only saving points are the all-night supermarket two minutes away, the light rail five minutes away, and free breakfast for Starwood Preferred customers.
