Four Seasons Denver Hotel

The Edge Bar was busy, but the service was still good. I tried a selection of handcrafted cocktails and desserts, and the apple cheesecake is an absolute recommendation. Isabelle was very friendly at check-in, and the valet staff were kind and helpful when we arrived. We were also upgraded to a corner room. The Four Seasons Denver is right in the heart of Denver, handy if you’re visiting the Center of Performing Arts. The hotel’s reputation for cleanliness and comfort held up. The waterfall shower and soaking tub made for a refreshing afternoon, and the bed was so comfortable I started looking for one to buy. Great service, location, and bedding made this a stay I really enjoyed.

We had a lovely, spacious room with very comfortable beds, and the hotel surprised us with champagne and a cake, which made our honeymoon feel extra special. Even with just two nights in Denver, the staff’s attention made us feel well cared for. We can’t wait to return to the Four Seasons on our next Colorado visit. I work for Four Seasons in Hawaii, so I had high expectations, and the Denver hotel didn’t disappoint. From arrival, we were met with genuine warmth. Isabella at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, and Kevin, our bellman and valet, gave excellent service and recommendations.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and ride shares can get in and out easily. The location is stellar, the rooms are clean, updated, and well maintained, and housekeeping came twice a day. Spa amenities were great, with indoor and outdoor hot tubs for hotel guests. The room service menu was extensive, and everything we ate at the hotel tasted good. Service was a little below what I expected from a Four Seasons. It took over 30 minutes to bring ice, and at lunch we got the impression the restaurant may have been understaffed because we had to go to the bar to place our order. Normally that would be fine, but I expect more here. All the staff were kind and clearly wanted to help us have a good stay.

We often stay at this Four Seasons when we travel to Denver, and our most recent visit was during the last week of 2025. The outdoor hot tub was out of order, which we usually use, but it didn’t cause us any trouble since guests can use the spa whirlpool and steam room. We also enjoyed the spa amenities and gym. I often buy bath soaks or salts at the spa to use in our room’s tub, and what I bought this time was lovely. The amenities were clean, and the staff were helpful and informative. We arrived Sunday evening and were promptly greeted at valet, asked if we were checking in, offered luggage help, and given our valet ticket. At the desk, I got a kind, professional welcome and an unexpected room upgrade, which was a fabulous treat. Our luggage arrived just minutes after us. The room was clean and cozy as always, with a bathtub by the window, a large shower, and a cute fruit or treat snack with water waiting for us. The bell hop who brought our bags was thoughtful and personable, as are the staff generally. We went to the bar for champagne and cocktails. Our cocktail server, whom we recognized from a previous visit, was diligent about checking on us, and the manager stopped by too for a brief chat. We celebrated at the bar on several evenings with drinks and bar bites, and had wonderful service each time. A new cocktail server happened to look after us for the rest of the stay and was attentive, professional, and careful to make sure we had what we needed. We’ve stayed here for NYE over the last few years, and always appreciate the little champagne bar, dinner, music, and elegant atmosphere. Breakfast at The Edge restaurant was great as well. I eat plant-based, and there were choices for me and my husband. I’m obsessed with the açaí bowl. The food was fresh and cooked properly, and the service was wonderful. The manager came over to greet us and chat for a moment. Everyone was attentive, kind, and diligent, and breakfast was the same good experience each time we went. We went to the Avs game on Monday night, New Year’s Eve, and the hotel car service got us there without any trouble. We called downstairs and were on our way within 15 minutes. In our experience, everyone here leads with kindness and professionalism. This continues to be one of our favorite Four Seasons properties. We’re thankful for the thoughtful, valuable staff and for the lovely last week of 2025. We’ll see you again soon.
