They’ve done a good job renovating this older hotel. My room could have used more furnishings, and the TV seemed small for the room, but I have no real complaints and would stay again. There’s also a rooftop pool I didn’t get around to using, maybe next time.

The team made us feel welcome and valued throughout our four-night visit. Everyone we dealt with showed real hospitality, from the valet to the friendly bartenders at the on-site restaurant, where the food was great. The service is what earned the property our five-star rating. The room was modern, the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable, and we had a nice large balcony. It’s an older property, but they’ve done a good job keeping it fresh. Great location too. We look forward to returning.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, and when I needed to leave a day early for work, they had no issue changing my stay. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Some parts of the rooms and elevator lobby feel dated, though the bed was comfortable. I didn’t sleep well, likely because of the altitude. My main gripe was the heating and AC control: on colder days the heat wouldn’t stay on, then when it finally did, it blasted. These things happen, and I’m sure they’d have moved me to another room if I’d mentioned it earlier. I’d stay again.

The rooftop pool being heated was a highlight, and breakfast was delicious. We had a comfortable room and bed, plus a balcony, and the staff made us feel welcome. The location is great for getting around on foot, and it felt like a good deal. We’d stay again. For parking, use the hotel lot behind the building, not the garage next door.
