Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Denver East-Peoria Street by IHG

The airport was close by, which made the trip stress-free from beginning to end, and the hotel’s location made getting around very convenient. After a long day of travel, my spacious, clean, comfortable room was just what I needed. The front desk staff were courteous and professional, and check-in felt smooth and welcoming. I’d happily stay again.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is handy. I've stayed here several times for work, and the staff always go out of their way to help. When our business trip was canceled, Vanessa at the front desk was especially helpful in returning items we'd had shipped there.

The staff, especially Steve and Vanessa, were friendly and quick to help. Breakfast stayed well stocked with a good range of hot options right through the end of service, and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back when passing through Denver.

I travel for work and spend a lot of time in hotels, and I've never had trouble with a Holiday Inn before this. My company had booked me for eight days, but an emergency came up on day four and they needed to send me somewhere else right away. When I went to check out and explained what was happening, the front desk man said I couldn't have my service dog with me, even though that was in the booking notes. He also said he'd charge extra for the dog, refused to cancel the remaining nights, and threatened to bill me for all eight.
