Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Int'l Airport

I've stayed here twice in three weeks, and the difference between those visits changed how I feel about this location. My first trip was a five-star experience: I was treated very well and recognized as a diamond member on my way to diamond reserved before year's end. It was so pleasant that I booked again for this week's business trip, even though Homewood Suites to the South would've been closer. This time, though, some interactions with staff didn't sit well with me. I've stayed at Hilton properties all over the country and the world, so I expect a little more from Hilton. I could easily take my business to Marriott instead. I rated this location four stars because my experiences within a week of each other were so different. If I had written two weeks ago, I'd have given it five stars. In fact, if the visits had happened in reverse, I would've booked a different property for the second trip. I'm not sure I'd stay here on my next business trip to town. Other Hilton properties nearby might offer a better experience. I hope this helps others; I was just trying to lay out what it was like to stay here 12 days in the last 21.

The suites made it easy to feel at home during my two weeks here for out-of-state training. Breakfast is cooked each morning from 6am-9am, which works well if you sleep in, and they have dinner and drinks on Wednesday nights too. I even had a nice spot to watch the Super Bowl without feeling like I was in the middle of everyone’s business. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially Miss Tara at the front desk. I had a great stay and would come back, and recommend it to anyone visiting the Aurora/Denver area. It’s close to Denver International Airport, too.

The staff were great, and the place was clean and quiet. My room faced south, so every now and then I could hear a little truck exhaust noise, though I doubt most people would notice. I’d definitely stay again. The one downside is that they started charging for parking in 2026, like the nearby competition.

Breakfast was included, with lots of well-prepared choices, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and recently upgraded, with comfortable beds, crisp linens, and a clean bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The hotel is going through upgrades, but it was well managed, quiet, and the work didn’t affect our stay at all. It’s close to DEN airport, with restaurants a block away and plenty of parking. One thing to keep in mind: the curtains are sheer, so ask for a room that doesn’t face the bright parking lot lights.
