Kasa Rino Denver

We had a great stay, and the rooms felt fairly priced for what we got. Kasa staff were attentive and friendly, and the check-in and checkout directions were easy to follow. They were responsive most of the time too. Wishing them success with the business.

I felt safe traveling on my own, and the Kasa team got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. I was here for several days in March of 2026. The property was very nice, and when snow kept me in one day, I got to enjoy the high-end fitness and amenity center. Great stay, and I’d recommend it.

Parking was the biggest downside. The spot I’d paid for caused a problem when we first arrived, though they sorted it out in good time, and finding extra parking was a nightmare. The hallways also reeked of marijuana. I know it’s Colorado, but I’d specifically booked a non-smoking property. Inside, though, the rooms were spotless and had everything I needed, including high-quality kitchen utensils. The beds and linens felt luxurious, and the building was secure enough that we felt safe downtown in Denver.

In general the place is clean, but when something goes wrong there doesn’t seem to be a real effort to fix it. The parking was a bit of a disaster, and the instructions were practically nonexistent. Even with multiple guests, we were only given one physical pass for the facilities and car, so if one person wanted the gym and another wanted the pool, we had to take turns. They told me another pass wasn’t available. My washer didn’t work, and I needed it during the stay. They asked me to send a video of the noise to three different accounts, but nobody did anything to address it. Several other reviewers have called this place a scam or poorly managed, and I understand why. When I leave, I’m making a video of myself dropping the pass and parking thing in the storage box, because I don’t trust them not to charge me for failing to return it, as they have apparently done to others.
