During a very stressful time, someone made my Residence Inn reservation in Colorado, and there turned out to be a problem with it when I arrived. Katlynn, the manager at the Denver, CO Central Park location, was fantastic. She fixed it quickly and made sure everything was handled. I also needed a document that the computer wouldn't print. Katlynn got the issue fixed right away, printed the document, and brought it to me herself. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service and genuine care. Residence Inn Central Park is lucky to have her on the team. I appreciate you, Katlynn!

The part I keep coming back to is how well Nayely Hernandez, the GM, and Krista Campiran, the Assistant GM, treated us. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to do extra to make sure we were happy. My daughter and I are here for an extended stay at the Residence Inn Denver, Central Park, and we’ve both grown very fond of them. The hotel is impressively clean, with lovely amenities and a great atmosphere, plus plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do. I also feel good knowing we’re in a safe area with my daughter. They gave us the “5 Star Hotel Treatment,” and I can’t thank them enough.

We had a clean, roomy two-room suite, and the rest of the hotel was well kept too. The front desk staff were all really nice. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made this a great place to stay. If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again.

Nisan at the front desk made this stay. She went out of her way more than once to make sure I was looked after, and her warmth and friendliness made her a joy to talk with. That kind of care is rare. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and very clean too. I wish my work trips came with more places like this, and more people like Nisan.

We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed coming back. One thing to keep in mind: rooms facing away from Central Park Blvd. are much quieter. Cars and motorcycles race along the street at night, so it can be loud on that side. The hotel itself has clean, spacious rooms, and breakfast offers plenty of hot and cold choices with lots of seating. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance. It's a great place to stay.
