The elevators were incredibly dirty, and the plumbing was clearly old and leaking around the shower and tub. The pool was cold, though breakfast was OK. I complained about noise twice, most recently at 10pm, and they offered to move me, my wife, and my daughter instead of addressing the disrespectful guests. When I called the day after leaving to ask about my deposit, that part was fine. But when I mentioned the leaks, I was shamed and yelled at: "MAINTENANCE FIXES NOT MAIDS, DID YOU REPORT THE PROBLEM?!" Then they hung up. I think the bathroom maids should be the first to flag such obvious leaks. This is unacceptable even for a hotel at this level. Look elsewhere if you have any standards.

The staff were so welcoming, and we really liked the location. We stayed as a couple with an infant; our room was clean and well maintained, with a few upgrades, and they gave us a play pen for our child. I can’t rave enough about the breakfast, more details below!! One thing that could make getting around much easier is better luggage carts. The shower heads could also use an upgrade.

The rooms, breakfast, service, and everything else were great, so this is usually a great place to stay. The pool is nice, but it’s been closed for years and just sits there taking up space. It doesn’t look like they plan to get it running again. That’s why I can only give 4 stars.

The room was modern and clean, with a smart TV, and check-in was easy. It’s a great hotel, super clean overall, and the price per night was reasonable. Complimentary breakfast, too.

The gym and pool were decent, but the room size and design weren't the best. Breakfast was different from other Hampton inn stays, and honestly, it was at the bottom.
