Mariam made my move-in process easy. She communicated quickly and was a joy to work with. The property is neat and clean, and the team takes good care of it. I also appreciate that they don’t micromanage residents, so I can enjoy my home in peace. I’ve been happy living here and hope to stay with District for a long time. I’ve been here a little over a year and have enjoyed living here. The amenities are worth it, and management makes an effort to help residents feel welcome. Recently, Manager Miriam was patient and diligent in helping me find a better unit to transfer to after personal circumstances meant I had to leave my current unit abruptly. That situation had nothing to do with the building or the unit. I’m grateful for the customer service and look forward to staying here for the foreseeable future.

The gym and pool are two amenities I especially enjoy, and the property is clean and feels safe. I’ve lived here about four years and have had a good experience. The staff are friendly and responsive, and Anthony and Joe have both been consistently helpful.

The amenities are good and there’s a pool view, but the new management has been awful. Anthony is very helpful with tenant communication, maintenance, and billing questions, and always has a welcoming presence. I’ve moved out now. I made a lot of good memories here, but one particular person, who I won’t name, was undeniably rude and made the place feel unwelcoming. I want to live somewhere I feel comfortable, supported, and respected. If you want a place that works with you instead of against you, I’d look elsewhere.
