We’re here for a long stay while receiving care at Iowa Methodist Hospital, and the hotel has felt safe, clean, and welcoming. Our king room is fantastic, and the beds are pretty comfortable. Breakfast includes non-pork choices that work for our family’s dietary needs. Sim, Richard, and the other staff we’ve met have been wonderful, from fitting us in for an early check-in to working with us on flexible dates. We’ll absolutely stay again and recommend the hotel.

This will be our go-to stay for our next trip to Des Moines. The shuttle service is amazing, and the whole team made things easy, comfortable, and pleasant. The cleaning staff were courteous and kind, and the kitchen team served a good continental breakfast in a clean area. Thanks especially to Brittany and Mary at the front desk, and shuttle drivers Bill and Duane, for their hospitality!

During my two-week stay, housekeeping did a wonderful job. I also appreciated the people I saw every day: Miss Mary, Miss Maddie, Miss Brittany, and Mr Bill. They were kind, professional, and courteous. Brittany deserves kudos for calling every room during the tornado alert to make sure people were warned, and Mr Bill went out to pick up a guest in the middle of all that. A PA system would make alerts more efficient, though. Thanks to all of you.

Trent welcomed us warmly and set us up with a great room, plus access to the pool and gym. I was in town for work, and the stay worked out wonderfully. Clean rooms, hot water, good amenities. 10/10, heck yeah!

The pool was well maintained, and I loved the hotel and hot tub. Our room was really clean, with a proper bed for six. It was also very helpful to have coffee and tea available at reception all day and night.
