The rooms are straightforward and practical, with the essentials for a comfortable stay: beds, clean linens, working air conditioning, a TV, WiFi, and useful furnishings. This is a budget focused place rather than a luxury hotel, but it gives you somewhere comfortable to rest after travel, work, or sightseeing. The property also seems to keep its rooms and shared areas clean and presentable, which matters a lot at this price point. Getting around from here is convenient. There’s access to major roads, highways, restaurants, gas stations, shopping, and local attractions, so it works well for business or leisure trips. Check-in is generally simple, and the staff are often described as friendly, professional, and accommodating. Their willingness to help with requests contributes to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. This hotel is a mess, and management seems to change constantly. Three people did seem friendly and concerned about guests and cleanliness: the breakfast woman whose name started with A, Shawna the housekeeper, and security New York. The promises from the previous manager weren’t kept when new management arrived. She seems to think she can turn a trap hotel into a five star place, and that’s not going to happen. It needs to close for remodeling, then reopen.

Everything went perfectly for our two nights near the wedding. Our room got plenty of light, but the blackout curtains meant we could sleep in without being disturbed. I was glad they let us check in early, and thanks to Larissa for bringing us extra towels.

I booked this place with real regret. The smells were awful, the paint was unfinished, some doors wouldn’t lock, and the linens had visible stains, among other problems. I didn’t even stay. My luggage was moved, but the grey drawer full of socks I’ve owned over the years was gone. My socks were stolen, and I want them back. I stayed about a week ago. It honestly looked like someone had taken clothes from my suitcase too, but I’m just glad to be alive. I can’t reach the front desk by phone. Please contact me and return the socks. I don’t understand why anyone would take them, and I’ll remove this review if I get them back. This place is in disrepair, and charging people to stay here is offensive. Consider camping. Don’t go here.

Awful place. I had to check in at the Super 8 in the hotel in front because there was no one at this front desk. There was no breakfast, and the owner or manager was rude and didn’t seem to care about guests. The hotel was already nasty, and I’m pregnant. At 8AM, staff woke me and said I wasn’t supposed to be there. I showed my confirmation, they apologized and tried to help, but then the owner or manager came in and told them not to accommodate me because they hadn’t woken me in the middle of the night. Checkout was still three hours away, and I had planned to sleep until then. Wyndham, do better. 0/10, would not recommend.
