We're here for two weeks with a large work group, and everyone's had a good experience. I asked around about the rooms and heard no complaints. Mine is clean, with clean sheets and a comfortable bed, plus a working microwave, a small fridge about the size you'd get in an executive suite, hangers, a good-sized TV, and a small table with two chairs for eating. I don't need a desk or couch. For a $60 room, people shouldn't expect more. Larger rooms nearby cost $230 a night. The freeway isn't that loud, and there are no bugs 😂. It's a safe, convenient place to rest, and I recommend it. I don't understand the negative reviews. My only issue was losing my key card, and Jackie at the front desk helped me without any trouble.

The first room had mold growing above the bed and at least three stains on the bed sheet. I showed the hotel photos and they moved me to another room. There, I found a leaking tub faucet and hair on the soap holder and TV stand. Don't spend your time or money at this location.

The front desk woman was pleasant and helped me out. I had a good stay and would come back.

The refrigerator was a great size and held all my protein smoothie ingredients and more. The bed was comfortable, even though it groaned when I got in and out of it. At $214 for two nights, I got what I paid for. I was in town for the Dallas 40 Love Tennis Tournament and was so tired I may have slept through any noise. This older hotel could use a lot of updating: the key card door entry had no lights, the towel racks looked like someone had cleaned a paintbrush on one, the tub fixtures need work, and the windows need better soundproofing. I'll go back to one of the host hotels next year.
