The pool and kayaks were nice, and it was a good spot. Having a dock was great for renting a boat for the day. With everything in working order and properly cleaned, this could be an ideal vacation home for a big group of all ages. There were problems throughout the place. The pool table was missing a ball and every cue was missing its tip. The sand shuffleboard had two empty sand bottles, and the dartboard had no darts with tips. None of the games in the upstairs basket had all their pieces. The kitchen pots were greasy and gross, and I found crumbs and wrappers in the downstairs bedroom. The outdoor sand area was a mess too. Whoever handles management and cleaning for the owners needs to be fired.
