The staff are what make this hotel special. Everyone was kind, friendly, and thoughtful, and Bobby and Jazz were amazing. We loved the beautiful view, the clean, well-equipped rooms, the delicious food, and the inventive craft cocktails. It's our new favorite hotel destination in Detroit. Thank you! ❤️

The check-in was easy, and this valet crew took great care of me. Jamil deserves a special mention for treating me like a close friend. He was careful, polite, and kind. Five stars for the service. I'd recommend this hotel and valet company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to stay.

Jazz checked us in and Patrice, the bartender at the Top of the Pontchartrain, both did a great job. Everyone we met was courteous, friendly, and keen to help. The location and views were excellent, and the decor was lovely. We came for the New Year's Eve Gala and enjoyed the DJ, but Urban Cellars was short on waitstaff. Even getting water took a long time. It was our first stay, and we definitely plan to return.

Fee B. made our first trip to Detroit memorable. We couldn't find our room reservation, but she located it quickly and kindly gave us an amazing view of the Detroit River and Hart Plaza. We were in town for the Movement Music Festival, and from check-in onward, the staff greeted us warmly, helped us out, and took care of our requests right away. My wife and I had a great time. This won't be our last visit, and I'd recommend staying here for Movement or any event near Hart Plaza.

After a long trip to Detroit, I was exhausted, but Samantha J's warm welcome and upbeat energy put me at ease. She even got me laughing after a tiring day, which I really appreciated. My first impression of the city was made even better by the spacious, spotless room, the amazing view, and a very comfortable bed. I'm grateful for such a lovely first stay.
