The view was lovely, and it was handy to have restaurants and shops within walking distance. We eventually got a room that matched the one we booked, and customer service moved us after we reported the broken bed slats the next morning. That was a relief because the bed was really uncomfortable. Getting there was confusing. The building is the Briggs House complex next to the POA restaurant, and there’s no parking provided. We drove in from TN and were told not to drive because there was no parking. Premier parking costs a lot. We found free parking, but it meant a 10-minute walk each way. Our first room also wasn’t the one we’d booked. I’d stay again if we could get the same room we were moved to.
