The service was excellent and friendly, and the rooms are pretty good for the choices in this area. There’s a continental breakfast and plenty of parking, plus a bar on site. The location is good, though the first impression isn’t great. The pool was being maintained during my stay, but king rooms with jacuzzis are available. Love is right for product.

I book plenty of hotels for work and haven’t had this many problems. I reserved a room online for someone attending a DL training and entered my card details, but at check-in they were told it wasn’t paid for. I called and asked management to contact me, but that never happened. They said they had called and got no answer, but left no voicemail. I called again and gave them all my card information. Then the guest told me the room still wasn’t paid for. On my third call, I was told they hadn’t received all the card numbers. If that was the issue, why didn’t anyone call me? I hope this isn’t a recurring problem.

The young man who answered said the cancellation was no problem and that I wouldn’t be charged. I called just 30 seconds after booking because a website issue had caused a double booking. Two weeks later, the manager was rude, interrupted me, and yelled that there was no refund. She expected me to remember the name of the man I’d spoken to, even though she could check the schedule. I don’t understand why she works in hospitality if she can’t have a civil phone conversation. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Some friends and I stayed for an ice fishing tournament, and we found bed bugs in both rooms when we woke up. I thought maybe it was temporary and they’d deal with it, but nope, they were still there. Now a friend has bed bugs again. We checked before staying and didn’t see any, but they sure were there by morning.
