Hyatt Place Dewey Beach

Bella deserves a huge shoutout. My reservation wasn't showing up when I checked in, and I didn't have the confirmation number because the confirmation was back at my office. Bella handled it gracefully and got me sorted without blinking. Give that woman a raise 🎉🎉🎉

Mia was amazing when we arrived late at night. She greeted us with a huge smile and genuine warmth, then took time to show us a few rooms so we could choose the right one for our weekend. It feels so good to return to a hotel where the staff make you feel welcome every time. Lindsey brings the same warmth to mornings with her cheerful “good morning.” We love coming to the Hyatt in Dewey for weekend getaways whenever we can; the team's kindness makes it feel like coming home. Management is attentive and steps in to make sure every detail is right. This Hyatt stands out for the care it shows guests, and we're always happy to return. Mia J. made a big difference during my stay at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. The Hyatt customer service agent I'd spoken to on the 1-800 number had made errors with my reservation, and Mia sorted them out seamlessly. She was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, and it's clear she cares about Hyatt guests and providing A+ customer service. The rooms are clean, cozy, and spacious, the location is perfect, and the amenities are outstanding. I love the Hyatt Place Dewey beach and can't wait to stay there again.

Getting dinner sorted with a baby could have been a hassle. The Lighthouse only had indoor high-top seating, and the Atrium was booked for an event, so we thought we'd have to figure something else out with our takeout from the Lighthouse. Mia kept offering to bring out a table, chairs, and a high chair, even when we said she didn't need to. She set us up by the breakfast counter, where we could eat our prime ribs and our baby could have fruit. Everyone was kind and made time for a quick chat when they weren't busy. The location is hard to beat too, with the shore and places like Dewey Post just a few minutes away. Great stay.
