I came for a much needed long weekend after some of the most stressful months of my life, but things kept going wrong. I won’t get into most of it since it wasn’t the property’s fault. The reason I checked out a day early was how much sound came through the building. I could hear people in every adjoining room, including bathroom and bedroom noises and every word of their long conversations. After being woken several times by what was going on next door, I figured I might as well head home and get some sleep. The very lukewarm shower before leaving was the icing on the cake. The grounds are nice, the staff were lovely, and the rooms are clean, though nowhere near luxurious. This wasn’t quite the treat I’d saved up for.

It was a peaceful stay in a beautiful area. The beach and kayaking were fun, with breathtaking views, and we liked the outdoor fire pit areas. The rooms were comfortable, though they could use a little updating.

We’ve been coming to the Juliana resort for four years and love the views and the staff. Since it’s a small resort, it doesn’t get overcrowded, and we always meet good people. Mary has been there every year and is kind and hardworking. Reba was new to us this year and was awesome too. Thanks again for such a great stay!

The owners clearly care about their guests, and the resort is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s right on the lake, and the room includes free kayak and paddle boat rentals. Very nice place. We’ll definitely be back every year.

A lot of families make the Juliana resort a yearly tradition. We met several who come back and rent again each year. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get the same family experience others had. Still, it’s a nice place, and I’d return with a bigger group for a longer visit.
