Waters Edge Lodge

Waters Edge Lodge worked out wonderfully for the two adults and two toddlers in our group. The view is beautiful, and the private beach area is great for kids. Our room was very clean, air conditioned, and had plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. It looked just like the website photos. We could have used a little more counter space and a kitchen sink, but otherwise it was great. The service was phenomenal, everyone was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We’d absolutely stay again.

Water’s Edge is a quiet waterfront option if you want to stay away from the Village. It’s roughly halfway between the Village and Bolton Landing, which makes the Diamond Point location ideal. Andrue gave us great recommendations, and the private beach was raked every day. Our room and the grounds were well maintained. I found it an outstanding value for what it offers, and I recommend staying here.

This was our second visit in a row, and I’m already looking forward to next year. I’ve been recommending this place to everyone I know and hope they’ll book soon. I’d love to become a member and enjoy coming every year. The lakefront location is excellent, and the rooms were comfortable, though how nice they are, especially the showers, depends on which room you get. The service was excellent too. The connection between the owner and guests is something you rarely see in hotels. Andrue and the cleaning team are professional and handle everything to keep the room spotless. The private beach area is small and seems more suited to kids than adults. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough towels and nice water pressure. Having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge Lodge very much and would gladly come back. Thanks!
