The floor was filthy, the bed fell apart, and the frame was held together with zip ties. When I called about the bed, they hung up on me. There was nobody in the office and staff were nowhere to be found. We had to cut our trip short, which really sucked.

We stayed two nights and had no complaints. The room was a good size, rustic and comfortable, and the place was quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I tried to cancel my two-night reservation before the deadline, calling and leaving message after message since that's all you can do. They took $112.00 from my bank on Sep 21st. I kept calling and asking for a refund, but by Oct 2nd I still hadn't seen one. CROOOKS. Next I'm driving there in person!!!!

I'd never stay here again, no matter how big a bribe they offered. My car would've been cleaner, safer, and more comfortable to sleep in, and I drive a friggin' sedan.

The people working there were very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. We stayed at Tri State Wood INN for 3 days while visiting The area, Galena, Mississippi River & The Grotto. Thanks for the affordable rates 😘🙏😘🙏
