We ended up needing a room at the last minute, and the staff made a chaotic evening feel much easier. A lovely young woman with red hair came from the back and helped get everything organized so we could settle in. We slept wonderfully, and the same woman wished us a good journey when we left. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We'll choose this hotel from now on.

I've usually liked staying at this Candlewood when I'm in town, but this week I had two serious problems. At check in, I was assigned another guest's room and walked in while they were there. Five nights later, someone was assigned my room and tried to enter while I was inside. Thankfully, I had latched the door. They said the computer system hadn't updated, but after this happening to me twice, it seems ridiculous.

They made bringing my dog fun, with treats and waste bags ready. The person who checked me in was so kind and friendly, and the two people at the desk the next morning were, too. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was clean and good quality. I'd definitely stay again.

The price felt a little high for us for one night, lol, but it was well worth it. Angie, the general manager, is super nice and has a great staff. They were accommodating, and the room was great. The pantry was clean, the coffee was great, and there was a good selection of items. I even told the front desk the pillows were nicer than the ones I had the night before at the Hilton.

I really do love this hotel, and the staff are super great. I recognized one of them at a gas station down the way, even though she didn't know who I was, and she offered to help change my tire. They're willing to help on or off the clock. Be kind, it goes a long way. Thank you, Korina.
