La Quinta Inn & Suites Dickinson

The breakfast food was good, but there was no coffee when we came back at 8:00 that night. There had only been one container, with maybe four or five cups, and it was already cold when we arrived at 4:00 in the afternoon. The rest of this second stay was an absolute mess. On my first visit, things were okay. This time the room had torn-down curtains, a broken toilet, and a shower with no working head. It looked like people had damaged the place, and since my last visit they still hadn’t fixed a leak in the main water line into the hotel. The attendant who checked us in was more interested in talking to his wife on his cell phone than helping guests. His whole family was there later that night, which looked like a complete abuse of employment. The exterior doors at the ends didn’t work, so people had to prop them with a rock. The card readers were broken too, and one was held together with black tape. I could go on, but this was enough to make me never come back. I’ve stayed in plenty of bad places, but this one was the worst, especially for a total bill of $140.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the whole hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept, just right after a long day of travel. From arrival onward, the staff were warm and genuinely helpful. La Quinta Inn & Suites in Dickinson, ND exceeded what I expected, with cleanliness, comfort, and great service. I’ll definitely stay again.

Management knows how to keep guests happy. The service was prompt and they seemed to understand what I needed, and the rooms were clean with close attention to detail. The price was unbeatable for this area. Very satisfied, excellent service, and I’d recommend it again and again.

After three days of driving, this short stay was just what we needed. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff were extremely kind. Special thanks to Raza Khan for mailing the bag I accidentally left behind. I couldn’t be more grateful. Great service, and we definitely recommend it.
