The owner and manager were nice and helpful, but at $330-$360 a night, I’m really disappointed and won’t be back. We’ve stayed here to ski for the past 4 years, and the hotel seems dirtier each time while prices keep rising. We booked a King suite with extra living space, but got a regular-sized room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa where the second bed should have been. The photos show a lounge chair, but there wasn’t even room for one. There was armpit hair from a razor on the shower shelf at check-in. We told the front desk and cleaning managers, who said they’d clean it, but eight hours later the hair was still there. They’d replaced the towels, though. Breakfast was the same overcooked omelets on 3/4 mornings, with grayish sausages and no bacon any day. We’re diamond members and stay exclusively with IHG, and we’re usually rewarded for that loyalty, but not here. We heard the cleaning staff loudly complaining about the owner on Saturday morning as we walked from the elevator to our room. It’s clear to me that the employees don’t respect the owner or manager, which seems to be why things have gone downhill so fast over these 4 years. It feels like they care about filling the hotel, not about their most loyal customers.

We chose this hotel for its location near the Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and it was just right for our trip. The room was spacious and very clean, and we had a good stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice start to the day. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting those houses.

The owner and management made us feel like family, and were so friendly and accommodating that our Valentine’s weekend felt extra special. The staff also provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel had a cool, rustic feel and was very clean, with spacious rooms and extra-comfortable beds. We enjoyed the well-maintained pool and hot tub, plus the lobby coffee machine that’s available anytime. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

The breakfast was great, and the room had a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and both regular and blackout blinds. It was spacious, with a good-sized bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the pool and hot tub were clean. The whole place was quiet and clean. I’d recommend it and stay again next time I’m in the area.

The only small downside was the strong chlorine smell from the pool, which seems like it could be addressed. My room was clean and had all the essentials, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. I also appreciated being able to use the dining area for other meals. The facilities were clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s a good choice for visiting Seven Springs Ski Resort, with very welcoming hospitality.
