Hasan was helpful both on the phone and when we arrived. I’d called before booking because of the bad reviews, and he told me the renovations were finished and the property had new management. Sadly, our stay still fell well below the basics. The building looked run-down from outside. In Building B, old, worn carpet smelled awful, and our room had the same musty odor coming through visibly dirty brown vents. The closet and bathroom door smelled bad too. Housekeeping kindly sprayed foam on the carpet when I called, which covered it for a little while. The bathroom looked dirty, with stained grout and a rusty shower handle. The tub bottom felt lumpy and soft underfoot, and I recoiled when I stepped in. The cupboards looked unclean, so we couldn't use the kitchen, and the chair was stained. We felt uncomfortable and filthy, and the place smelled terrible. I could see some newer furniture, but mixing it with old, dated items and careless renovation work wasn't enough. We tried the laundry, but the machine didn't seem to be getting water, so our clothes weren't washed properly. A staff member restarted the cycle, but it still didn't work as it should. I won't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Kadlan at the front desk was so kind and came through for us when we were in a bind. The rooms were a decent size and pretty clean, with handy little kitchenettes. There's laundry onsite and parking is free.

The parking lot is tiny and doesn't really work for a full-size truck, which was the one downside for me. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and nice, with full kitchens. Even in winter, the pool looked well cared for.

We flew from California to Miami for a three-night stay booked back in April 2025. Before we came, we called to say the card on file had been stolen and asked to use a different one at arrival. They said that was fine. When our flight was delayed, we called again and were told arriving before 2 a.m. was okay. After we landed and turned our phones back on, the hotel called to say they were overbooked and had canceled our reservation for another party. It was New Year's Eve, and we were left with nowhere to go. They had nothing to offer beyond “I'm sorry.” We'll be calling corporate tomorrow because this is bullshit.

Everything else was great, but the tub bottom felt soft. The room and hallways smelled like urine to me, though my husband thought it was carpet glue.
