I could work remotely from here and travel for my job when needed. The area felt safe, and it was easy to get to Florida's beaches. Since I wasn't from around there, the staff were helpful with tips on where to find the things I needed during my stay.

I'm staying here each month while my house is being finished, so this place has become home. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, and the people living here are friendly. The women at the front desk are very nice and said they'd tell housekeeping not to enter when I'm out. Make sure to say at check-in if you don't want anyone going into your room while you're away. Why they'd think I'd want that? I have personal things out because I live here.
I've lived here for two years, and it's comfortable and convenient. There are a lot of people who've made it their home. The staff are great, very nice, and easy to work with. Cable, wifi, and all utilities are included. For the price, it's definitely worth it.
I arrived six days ago with a few problems, and Scarlet, the manager, has made repeated efforts to sort out the TV and phone. Her explanation about the phone satisfied me. The signal trouble on local channel 7 is still happening, though, and the screen often says “no signal.” Scarlet told me she'd contacted the hotel's main office, but it remains unresolved on day six. Even so, I'm planning to extend for a third week. Scarlet and the Maintenance staff have been very helpful trying to fix the issues. They also replaced the smoke detector battery quickly when it needed changing. It's been nine years since my last stay here, but if I drive down from Illinois again, I'd stay at Intown. James, room 121.
After driving all the way from Upstate NY to Dothan, AL, I arrived to find they had no room for my reservation, even though I'd booked a month ahead. It took about another month to get my money back. I don't recommend this place. Daybreak across the street costs a little more, but it's gated and worth it.
