The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby, which looks like something out of a 1920s painting. The Cafe was wonderful too, with good food. But the staff weren't good at resolving problems, even though they were friendly. We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and his service dog. At check-in, we were told the jacuzzi tub in our room was broken. I wasn't expecting the king-size bed to be broken down too, or the bathroom to be weird and small. Housekeeping had also left someone else's body wash in the tub. I reported the bed problem, and the front desk said housekeeping would "fix it," but they didn't. The manager never called like promised, and we weren't offered another room for the second night, as you'd expect at a normal hotel. We paid $360 for two nights sleeping on a couch. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Go see the pretty lobby or get some food, then find somewhere better to sleep.

We slept better here than at any hotel, thanks to the most comfortable bed we've EVER tried. The historic hotel was quiet, and we didn't hear the neighbors or anyone else. Our room wasn't large, but it was nice. The staff and service were friendly, and there's a great bar and restaurant inside. They also have a help-yourself Keurig coffee bar. It's a quaint little town, and we'd stay again.

Friendly hotel staff and a room that was spacious and well-appointed. It had an old-fashioned historic look, with modern amenities like TVs and a landline phone. The hot water was excellent for baths and showers, and there was a comfortable sofa plus another TV in a separate room attached to the bedroom. The hotel has a unique place in Western history and is famous for its connection to the Gadsden territory. Well worth a one-night stay.

We loved how peaceful and quiet this beautiful historic property was, and we'll definitely come back. The second-floor patio was a lovely spot to sit, and the restaurant, bar, and coffee shop were really nice. Jennifer and Carmen at the front desk were very nice, and it was a pleasure meeting and chatting with the manager Enrique. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely overnight visit!

Italian marble, stained glass, and an elegant feel make this stunning hotel beautiful. It's steeped in history and one of our very favorite places to stay.
