For what I paid, I expected a much cleaner room. When I arrived, there was hair on the bed and in both the restroom sink and tub. It really affected my stay, and I hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping.

I was traveling from Colorado to Montana when a storm left me with little to no visibility, and finding a room that late felt like a long shot. The ladies who checked me in made me feel at home. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and getting off the dangerous roads let me get a good night's sleep. The day crew was every bit as friendly as the women from the night before. Before I left, I had a great breakfast, and all three employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay again on future trips.

It's a quiet place to get some rest on a long road trip, quite literally in the middle of nowhere. The staff are kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean, though a little dated. It's a bit off the main path being I-25, but the price is good, especially compared with room prices in Douglas. It gets the job done.

Dawn, the Assistant Manager, was supportive and really knowledgeable. The folks were friendly, and I got a good night's rest at this quiet spot out on the highway, in the middle of nowhere. Penny's Diner is open 24 hours.

Seeing Penny's and the hotel appear out of nowhere is something I look forward to on a long drive. This place is an iconic landmark and probably a lifesaver for many tired travelers. The diner has a 50's theme and good old fashion service!
