The room was nice enough, and the fitness center was the best part. But between 9 and 10 a.m., staff knocked twice to service the room even though my Do Not Disturb sign was up, then the front desk called to remind me I was checking out. Checkout wasn't until 11. That kind of pushiness two hours early was unacceptable.

Our family picked this as our favorite place to stay after our vacation. The queen bed suite worked perfectly for us, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Melisha, the cook and breakfast hostess, was especially warm and accommodating. She treated guests like they were in her own home, and her hospitality stood out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff were very nice when we arrived, but the $75 fee for our 5 lb Pomeranian caught me off guard. We were traveling from Idaho to Georgia and got in late, so I didn't have time to find another hotel and accepted the charge, thinking there might be good amenities for the dog. There really weren't any dog areas, and we had to cross a busy street to reach a green space. It felt like a cash grab. If you're planning to stay with a pet, be aware.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and I slept really well. The lobby felt clean and well kept as soon as I walked in, and check-in was warm and efficient. For the price, I thought it was good value and would be happy to recommend the hotel and stay again.

Everyone at the hotel was kind during our overnight stay. I especially want to thank Miss Melissa for how thoughtful she was toward my mother and me at breakfast. She made the meal memorable, and I hope she stays with the team for a long time.
