I love living here. It’s a beautiful, locked community with magnificent views and plenty of space, and it saves money whether you’re staying short term or long term. I’ve lived in suites around here when I was younger, and none of them compare. Security is here 24 hours and stays alert. The staff are kind, flexible, and great with their jobs and customers. They aren’t rude, they just don’t put up with nonsense. This place isn’t ghetto at all. Go elsewhere around here and you’ll learn what ghetto really means. Anyone saying negative things about this place is full of it.

Three days into a weeklong stay, we still had no hot water in the shower. Maintenance couldn’t replace a simple valve stem and said they needed a plumber, but they wouldn’t move us to another room. We were told to wait in the room until the plumber came, and after three days there was still no plumber. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, so maintenance cut an inch off the top and left a big gap. This was meant to be a newly renovated room, but the old carpet was left in place, smelled awful, and was poor quality. The ice machine, pool, elevator, and internet were broken. The manager and staff were the worst I’ve encountered. They didn’t seem to care about guests. I was told the manager would call with updates on the hot water, but I never heard from her. At the desk they were rude and just said to wait and see if someone would call. Everyone looked angry, like they hated their jobs. It really shows how much a hotel depends on its manager and staff. The piercing alarm woke us at 2:30 a.m. on the first night and rang for 30 minutes. Then they woke us in the morning to take pictures of our room. Just crazy. This place is a dump.

I moved to Vegas in June 2024 and have spent about six months at Rita Suites, between a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. It’s absolutely the best weekly stay in Las Vegas, and you’re only two blocks from the Strip. Seven months ago it might have been a bit rough, but they gutted and remodeled every unit and put a lot of money into the grounds. They just finished a great paint job. There’s plenty of staff caring for the property and tenants. Sam and Germani at the front desk and the manager are amazing and ready to help with anything. The office ladies are the best, making things fun, decorating for holidays, and handing out candy and ice cream. They really go above and beyond. Since Advance Managment took over, it’s been nothing but great. The team has worked incredibly hard to make the place beautiful and safe. Staff, property, cleanliness, and location are all five stars. Amazing team, you rock!

The breakfast was awesome, with lots of choices, and the property was well maintained. Our room was very clean and tidy, with plenty of space, a kitchenette, living area, and a small bedroom. The only downside was that the bathroom had a shower but no bathtub, which was a little difficult for my kid.

The manager seems to avoid problems and is never available. Earlier this month someone overdosed, and in the middle of the month a woman was robbed at gunpoint. Residents leave trash all over, there are piles of dog poop everywhere, and we often don’t have hot water. There are three or four trash bins, but residents, and I assume staff too, just leave bags on the ground in front of them. It’s so nasty it could be a tourist attraction.
