InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Douglasville

I’ve found this place above par for a budget motel, and I’d stay again. The AC doesn’t cool the room to my liking, and I’ve seen small roaches climbing the walls when I get up. The bathroom ventilation fan is moldy too. You have to set expectations with a budget room, but this one still does fine. I wiped the common surfaces with Clorox, and, despite being severely OCD, I found mostly dust and not much else, which was a relief.

After months of stress, I finally have some peace. I fell on hard times and needed somewhere to go. She was kind and helpful when I needed it, and got me in quickly without any trouble. The property is clean and quiet. Thank you! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

The roaches started crawling down the walls before we’d even been there a full night. Thank God our apartment is ready, because I got my family out of there fast. I can’t imagine anywhere feeling worse than the bottom of my shoes. We also kept trying to reach the office: I called around 12 to check before using my lunch break, and she said lunch was at 1. At 1:30, still no one; at 2:14, still no one. I stopped by at 3:20 and the office was still empty. She called me around 4:30 asking for money. A few days earlier, there’d been a line of people outside. When we finally got in, the person at the front office said they sometimes have long meetings. I know how companies work, and I’ve never heard of a fully staffed company closing the whole office like that. Maybe she finally opened the door around 3. It almost feels like they want people to pay a late fee.

Everything’s kept so clean, including the fridge, flat top stove, and microwave, and there’s plenty of storage. Danielle goes above and beyond, and I feel secure here. The staff are welcoming and understanding.
