The bed was uncomfortable, with no real comforter, just the thinnest quilt I've ever seen. The hotel also charges extra for even basic things. We were told at check-in that breakfast was continental, but then found out it costs $16 and requires coupons. I've never had to pay extra for continental breakfast before. The options weren't special or even good, and for that price you could get a genuinely nice breakfast elsewhere. It felt like a rip-off, and I wish we'd stayed somewhere else. There are lots of hotels nearby, so seriously, choose one of those. Zero out of 10.

Lisa makes the breakfast and Carla serves it, and it's top notch. That's why I keep coming back when I'm traveling for work and staying in different places. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and the lobby fireplace is a nice touch. Fantastic place to stay. Thanks, Lisa and Carla!

The rooms are clean and quiet, the food is great, and the servers are wonderful. People are friendly and always ready to help, especially the desk staff, who are SOOOO welcoming. If you're there in the morning, you'll probably meet serenity, such a sweetheart. Let's go San Fran, from a Dallas Fan LOL

Jasmine was a delight when she checked us in, doing it wonderfully and on time. My main problem during the week I stayed with a family member was the overnight staff. Twice I went down with a question and the woman was brushing her hair instead of acknowledging me. When I asked her to print something, she said the system was down. But in the morning, another woman was happy to print my documents and said there'd been no system problem, then apologized to me. The second night I went down, the overnight employee was on FaceTime on her phone the whole time. Get more people like Jasmine, not whoever is working overnight.

The front desk ladies were welcoming and kind, and check-in was easy. The lobby looked well kept, and the room had been cleaned before I arrived. One set of pillow covers had stains, though the other set was fine. The rooms are a bit dated, but I wasn't expecting anything fancy. I had a good stay and would come back if I'm in the area.
