The rooms are comfortable and roomy, and the kitchenette makes meals easy. I’ve also never had staff bat an eye when I ask for big trash bags to clean our room after four or five days. Every part of the visit has gone smoothly, from check-in and breakfast to the night auditors and checkout. All the staff are amazing, and the location was convenient for where I needed to go. I only wish they had an on-demand coffee machine instead of thermopots, and some zero-sugar drinks in the pantry besides water.

The shower in room 218 swung between scalding and freezing, with nothing in between. I’d paid extra to upgrade, but the bedroom and living room smelled as if dogs had been sleeping there. The furniture had dog odors and was chewed and scratched, and the rug was scratched up too. If they allow animals, they should designate those rooms for animals instead of duping guests into paying an upcharge.

The hotel itself is awesome, but the food is inedible. Both breakfast and the Wednesday-only evening social remind me of prison food. Update, 2/11/26: nothing has changed with either meal. Hilton shouldn’t let this happen at this hotel. The only thing I can eat is some of the fruit. Next time I’ll post pictures if the food is still the same. I’m a Diamond member.

I’ve been here for an extended stay, and the free breakfast is there every morning. On Wednesdays they also have something to eat and free wine or beer. My dishwasher had a problem and was replaced. I put down a couple of bucks every Monday when my room gets cleaned, and it’s perfect. My one complaint is that a washing machine has been broken for all ten months I’ve been here. Sometimes I have to go downstairs two or three times before I can do laundry.

The staff I met were friendly, and breakfast had a few decent healthy choices: nuts, guacamole, yogurt, and eggs that were okay. Still, I don’t think the suites are worth what they cost. Our king suite didn’t seem clean. The kitchen area looked like it hadn’t been degunked or sanitized, and the surfaces were dusty enough to set off my allergies as soon as I walked in. Almost everything is carpeted, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with allergies. I’d read reviews mentioning bedbugs, fleas, and hair in beds, so I checked ours and found hairs. I’m not sure the sheets had been washed. The suite and hotel also felt poorly designed and not cozy, with worn, chipped, dirty-looking, outdated furniture. The room stayed freezing no matter how high we turned up the heat, and the windows were drafty. I attached photos.
