The woman at the lobby quoted me $100 for a room, even though Google Maps showed $72. When I pointed that out and showed her, she rudely said I could leave if I didn’t want it. If they want customers, they should treat them more politely.

The room was clean, and I slept fairly well, though the beds sit a little low. The hard laminate flooring instead of carpet was a bit different.

An ice storm caught us on the way to Pittsburgh, so I was glad this hotel was nearby. The room was nice and check-in was easy.

The hardwood floor in our room was a nice touch, and both the room and beds were clean and comfortable. Being right off the highway made this a convenient stop, but we barely heard the freeway. The front desk was helpful and we had no service issues.

We got a refund and went to a campground instead, where even the bathrooms were much cleaner. The service here was rude, and the room was gross: it hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and the shower wouldn’t drain. The cold water knob fell off, and we had to ask for clean sheets and towels. When I requested another room, I was told there was one left, but its flooring wasn’t done. I can’t give this zero stars, but don’t stay here. Find somewhere better.
