Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Drums by IHG

I stayed for work for a week and had no problems. Nick, Anthony, and the front desk ladies were kind and professional, and the rooms and hotel were good. They even offered early breakfast to me and other workers so we could get to our job site at 6 am instead of 6:30 am. If something comes up, speak calmly with the staff and ask for help. They’ll do what they can if the request is reasonable, though it isn’t guaranteed. Thanks for the Christmas cookies, and keep up the great customer service!

Cassie, the manager on duty, made a late arrival feel easy when I was driving across the country with my pet. She was welcoming and compassionate about how tired I was. My room was clean, and the included breakfast exceeded my expectations, even as someone who loves food. I left something behind, and Cassie got in touch and shipped it to me promptly. The communication was great. I didn’t expect such good service so late, especially from a holiday inn. One of the best places I’ve stayed in a while. Highly recommend.

The rooms are clean, and the employee at the counter was friendly. Wi-Fi is free, though a little weak. The entrance sign isn’t very large, so keep an eye out for it. I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn Express once a year for the past four years. The major remodel has finally been completed, and that’s what made me give it five stars. In previous years, I probably would have rated it one or two stars.
