Marriott Columbus Northwest

We stayed at Marriott Columbus Northwest Dublin for a convention 1/31 - 2/1/2026, and my family was really impressed with the room, facilities, and staff. A door in our room gave us a minor problem, but they fixed it in under 20 minutes. I’ve stayed at Hiltons, other Marriott's, Drury's, and Sheraton's, and this was one of my best stays. Top marks to the management and staff. Thanks for a great visit. Highly recommend!

After two extended stays at this Marriott with my mother, it feels like family to us, not just a hotel. Both times we were dealing with a family emergency and didn’t know how long we’d need to stay. Jessica and Michael in the sales office were so accommodating, and we’re grateful for their effort and hospitality. We felt at home from check-in, and Mya and the many other front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with little things. Abu, Joey, Ronda, Tammy, and Lou especially became like family. I can’t name everyone, but I’m so thankful for the love and support they gave us through a difficult time. Their care for others is second to none. If you stay there soon, say hello from their new friends from Alabama.

We stopped here unfortunately on the way back from Kansas City. On a Wednesday afternoon, the lot was full because of conferences, so we had to park far from the entrance. The room was noisy, with kids running around and adults slamming doors. Worse, the bed had dirty sheets from a previous guest, and there was hair and filth throughout the bathroom and shower. We asked for fresh, clean sheets and waited over an hour for them. Housekeeping seemed very lazy. Keep all that in mind before booking. Never again.

Dear management, I paid top dollar for two nights and could barely sleep because groups of kids were running around, screaming and playing hide and seek. Please hold guests accountable for their children. The M Room was a joke too. Every time we went in, we had to leave because kids ran in and out, taking snacks, changing the TV, and squealing, even talking over adults. Half the employees didn’t speak English. Hard no for me.
